Copper pipes for industrial use

The CUPRUMFOMA copper pipe used for the construction of solar collectors and systems stands out for the excellent external cleaning that allows to make the welding process on the absorber surface also by ultrasonic welding machines, reducing in this way the machining and cleaning time. The pipes are supplied with a proper packaging which protects them against oxidation and dust.

Insulation in EPDM rubber with the following characteristics:

• Thermal conductivity λ T.m. di 0° C: ≤ 0,040 W/mk
• Vapour diffusion resistance factor: µ ≥ 3.000
• Operating temperature: - 50° to + 150° continuous (+ 175° peaks)
• Fire reaction: Class 1 according to UNI 8457 and UNI 9174 with promulgation by the Ministry of the Interior according to the DM dd. 26/06/1984.
• Resistance to UV rays according to UNI ISO 4892
• PVC free

Electric cable insulated by silicon rubber with the following technical characteristics:

• Nominal voltage U0 /U 300/500 V
• Testing voltage 2kv
• Operating temperature -60/ + 180° C
• Reference standards CEI - DIN VDE 0250 - EC
• Sections 1 mm

Copper pipes diameter 12- 15 - 18 - 22 mm.

Insulation thickness 13 - 19 mm.

Coils length 10 - 15 - 20 - 25 - 50 m or customized according to customer's requirements.
