This special pre-coated copper pipe, born for the distribution of liquid and gaseous fuels, is particularly suitable to be walled in where the use of plastic sheath is needed.
The advantage of using this product is in the structure of its insulation, expanded polyethylene with high density closed cells with seven spacers which, in the production, are twisted to obtain a spiral This allows the pipe to be bent while the grooves in the sheath are not interrupted, so that any possible gas leak can run out.
The copper pipe is produced according to the customer’s specific requirements, in compliance with standardized regulations or, when requested, according to the CE EN 1057 European Standard and the dimensional range is in accordance with the UNI CIG 7129 norm, which at paragraph 3.3.1.4 provides, for the installation in walls, bricks and prefab panels, that the pipe must be protected, without welding and junctions, with a sheath walled in with cement and mortar
Alloy: Copper CU-DHP 99,90 min.
Dimensions and tolerances: upon the specific customer’s requirement according to different standard regulations or, if required, according to the European standard CE EN 1057.
